Terms and Conditions for "Reach" Mobile Application

These Terms apply to all users of the Reach App, including but not limited to students, organizations, businesses, schools, and grocery stores.

By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, school, or any other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Reach App solely for your personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes.

 
• You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App. 

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You must not engage in any activity that may impair the performance or functionality of the App or interfere with its operation.

• To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation process, and you agree to promptly update any changes. 

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

 Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights related to the App and its content, including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned or licensed by Pieneer, Co. 

You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any of the App's content without our prior written consent.

The App may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Pieneer, Co. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services. 

Any use of third-party services or content is at your own risk, and you should review the terms and privacy policies of such third-party services before using them.

 The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the App for any purpose. 
 

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

 To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the App. 
 

 In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

 We may update or amend these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, without
liability. 
 

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you
must cease all use of the App.

 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. 
 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
